Traditional Kimchi cannot be made without Gochugaru (Korean Red Chili Pepper Powder). Yet all Pakistani brands use local laal mirch (which is unbearably spicy and irritates your gut) and Kashmir Chili Powder to fake the color to make a product that tastes like soap and ruins your health.

We import real Gochugaru for the spice, and use premium ingredients like seaweed, buchu, thai red chili, fish sauce, shiitake mushrooms, fresh fruit from the north of Pakistan and so much more.

All our ingredients are sourced by Guy himself via local farmers markets to make sure his Kimchi has the freshest (and often organic) produce.
