I’m so glad Guy Knows Kimchi was started beciase Kimchi was designed as preserved food in Korea to eat with meals or use in pancakes, eggs, or mix through rice as a perfect substitute for vegetables! I’m getting more than five a day when I’m eating this Kimchi, and so is my family! It’s potent and delicious and just read the ingredients; it’s exceptional! The probiotic effect is of course the icing on the cake for your gut microbiome. I’m a health coach and I can attest to that! No need to think twice on this one! Stellar!
The reason I bought Kimchi was to add flavour to my meal, in a healthy way. I recently started strict diet to reverse my insulin resistance and loose weight as well. Kimchi has made my simple daal, sabzi, boiled chicken meal yummy. It's still soon for me to talk about positive health effects, but I must say it is a great guilt free addition to my meals. Packaging was very good as well, and the guidance before order helped as well. Keep up the good work. Next order will be cucumber pickles.

DAMN, this kimchi is actually SO good! The taste is amazing, it’s fresh, flavorful, and has just the right amount of kick. You can genuinely tell that the guy actually knows his kimchi! I’ll definitely be getting this again. 100% recommended!
